POOR SERVICE - REMOVE NAME FROM CREDIT BUREAU!!

Wow! You guys did again!!! After about 6 months of trying to get an ******* cell phone contract cancelled that YOU *******ly added to my other contracts, now you have reported me to the credit bureau!!! I had gone to the police station got an affidavit and done everything you requested me to do and now this???!! I demand you remove my name from the credit bureau as you were the one at fault!!

And as a matter of fact, how can a person agree to a 24 month contract (promo) and then on month 23 they start deducting the full amount??? According to Cell C, you have to let them know on month 23 if you want to continue with the contract or not, otherwise you liable for the full amount??? How is this possible??? The contract only expires on 9/01/22 yet they expect me to pay for the full amount on Jan 2022 invoice!!!!
