poor service provided by cell c

I have submitted my phone for repairs from 10/12/2020 since today I haven’t receive my phone back the annoying part there is no communication as to why the phone is taking long am the one who keep on calling and they say I must wait 7 working days I have waited enough I don’t know whether the service I receive it just because am black , we all know n aware of the pandemic we facing but if I was updated with what is happening I was going to be much better when I called I find out that on the 24th of December the phone was already fixed I don’t know whether they using my patient with them . .because on the day of debiting they don’t hesitate to debit my account worse they are debiting even for a phone yet my phone is stacked with them, is this what they doing call treating customer fairly? Am so damn anger about their behavior towards me on top of that cellc is calling for stupid upgrades what they care about it a sale but on what happens to a client after sale they don’t care am so disappointed.
