Poor Service. Poor Refund Process

Logged two complaints relating to the same refund that Cell C keeps lying that its being processed and after 5 months I am still being told the same story. got a call from their Social Media Complaints team and after promising to handle and process the payment in 7 working days and as i send this note. its been 15 working days later and 5 months into trying to get my money back. No one responds to my mails, the only this you get in an auto response and with custserv mailbox its been a month without feedback and the sm mailbox its going for a week without feedback. Had the same query with Telkom and after a single call my funds was paid to my account in 7 days. why cant cell c learn from other
