Poor Service, Poor processes, Poor refund process

3 days later on my email and initial review, cell c has still not responded and/or contacted me regarding my money. Proof of poor service and care for customers. I need to make note that Cell C owes me my money. This is not like I've asked been promised money and not they are not delivering its money paid to cell c to run my cell phone contract on a positive balance to which I have cancelled and requested for a refund 4 months ago. I've been calling and begging for my money back
