POOR SERVICE, POOR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

The Cell C business caused a bad credit rating score for me. My contact ended NOV 2018 and thereafter I never received any notices informing that my account balance was not settled. NOT A Single phone call even.

Then when we apply for a home loan and through this process I learn that I am owning an amount of R406. WHICH I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF.

I immediately made payment and was informed that I can phone ********** to get a paid-up letter. Once I phone that number it does not even ring. Then I phone the call centre, just to be put through to a rude agent who placed me on hold for almost 30 minutes.
