Poor service on queries and no feedback from Cell

I have lodged a complaint with Cell C on my contract where I was billed for data that I did not use. I was using a blackberry with BIS and was also using the internet at work for my laptop. I asked them to go thru and they said that their technical division will contact me in 48 hours. It has now been months and they have handed me to their debt collectors who is also trying to help me but with no luck. <br> <br> Then I have another contract with number *** that was debited from by bank account. Now all of the sudden I have been handed over because they are no longer debiting from my account. Now I owe them thousands. <br> <br> This is not my first experience where I was treated unfairly. I am fed up with CELL C. Worst service provider ever. They dont even know the word service.
