Poor service on insurance claim

its been 5 weeks now since I have submitted my claim for broken LCD until now I have not received it back when I follow up they say my phone is at the repairs. it was at the repairs from the 8 of September until now the 19 of September. why is Cell c doing this to me. I am loosing a lot with out that cell phone. its only LCD that needed a fix nothing more.
