POOR SERVICE ON ********** CONTRACT

A ********** account was open using my information and I have sent numerous emails to the Cell C ***** department with no success. My bank account is debited on a monthly basis and the consultants are of no help and keep telling to email the same information over and over. All I get is an automated response email with no reference number. The account is now on my credit report.
