Poor service on contract cancellation
I a very disappointed by the poor service I have received from cell c, I have called many times requesting to cancel my contact from March but this is still not done till today. My account has an advance amount of R600 that has not been refunded until today. Can this be attended to urgently as this is really inconveniencing me.?
