Poor service, no attention to details

Hi,

Cellc has been service has been detoriate for the past couple of years. I have a contract with them and I have been asking to be transferred to upgrade department. They transferred more than 20 but still now its not working. I tried calling 145 option 2 goes on hang up. Cellc customer care keeps on transferring on a line that is not working and giving us number that is not working 084 143.

Please look at my profile and I can as well close this account.
