Poor service in trying to obtain a simple email address for weeks from customer services

I've been trying now for weeks just to get the Retentions Department's email address out of their customer service, accounts department and finance departments. NOBODY even bothers to come back to me to either give me the required email address OR to at least point me in the right direction.

Truly unacceptable that after my 4th request I still haven't received ANY reply. What seems to be the issue with getting a simple answer/response on the below?
