POOR SERVICE & HIGH INCONVENIENCE

I have been struggling to get an ITC number from Cellc due to incompetence, unprofessionalism, and poor customer service. I submitted everything Monday and I was told to wait for 24hrs to 48 hours for the ITC number. I have been waiting and, still 400 hours later I have not received the ITC number as promised and even, when I call to do a follow up their consultants all fail to assist and they claim there's nothing more they can do, I called, texted them on twitter and sent them e-mails and still I have not received assistance.
