Poor service from vangate mall
Good evening,my sister is trying to get help from Cell C vangate mall,but no luck, possible I can get a manager to call me on ***

18 Jul 2022, 20:27My sister lost her phone and when to vangate mall to get the ITC they told her they cant assist her she need to go make a case,we contact the call centre numbers they advise us what documents are needed ,I got the form to complete for the insurance but why can't Cell C vangate mall assist with thee ITC,I know we need to make a case, without the ITC we can't make a case
