Poor service from the supervisors at Cell C.
I have opened a new contract abiut a month ago. All the verifications were done. I have been waiting for the last call from the superviser forever. The poor salesman even gave me his personal whatsapp number just to stay in contact. Whenever i call the 084 143 number , they say the superviser can not get hold of me. I even gave them my work telephone number so that we can just finalize this transaction. The salesman went in to Cell c on a saturday his off day to try en get them to phone me!!! So what must a person do next to get them to make just one call???

06 Jun 2024, 11:16It is allmost a month later. Still waiting for the call that they are delivering the phone. It is really not nice to be played around like this. Towards the end of May Cell C called me to confirm the delivery. Today is the 6th of June and still waiting !!!!!
