Poor service from repair centre
New phone which was delivered at end February, went in for repairs for the 2nd time now because the repair centre did not do their job properly the 1st time around, now i'm stuck with no phone for the past 2 months but the contract money is being deducted monthly. When i contacted the store where i took it in to check on the progress i was told they don't know when the repair centre will be open so basically i was given no response as they also don't know. Absolutely unhappy about this.
