Poor service from Maponya cell c lady
So without last day of recharge, without last 3 numbers called and whatever nonsense the agent wants how do I get a SIM swap. I don't recharge the sim often so I wouldn't remember the last recharge, I don't call often so how do I know the last 3 numbers dialled. I had my id and proof of residence but consultant at Maponya was so rude, maybe my mistake was coming when her desk was full of papers and those papers were more important. I been using cell c since around 2009. I didn't even get eye contact out of her as she just said prepaid or contract when I said prepaid she seemed bored and mentioned impossible requirements and kept on with her paperwork. This is the treatment we receive then watch me port on Wednesday
