Poor service from CellC, getmore & C Surance

<p>I lodged a complaint with Getmore for adding a service to 2 of my profiles without my consent. Derick called me and assured me that he would look into this and get this dealt with asap. I had a missed call from cellc on 1 occasion and sent an email to advise that if you cannot get hold of me telephonically, to please correspond via email. I have not heard anything back in more then a month. I was also advised that the getmore service is STILL on 1 of my profiles. I do not want this service, I never agreed to it, let alone for it to be added to 2 of my numbers... I am entitled to a refund of all my installments asap. Further to this, I pay my C surance every month without fail, I have a claim to submit but have tried on more then 15 occasions to get through to your offices without success, I have sent 3 emails requesting the claim form, once again without success. Words cannot describe how sick I am of CellC and the poor service they give, but should an installment be missed by 1 day, they do not hesitate to suspend services. I would like urgent feedback please. </p>
