Poor service from CellC

I contacted cellc on the 3rd of January 2026 and spoke to Lerato from Retentions requesting for my contract to be cancelled. However my contract is still active I even received an sms confirming my monthly allocation. I have contacted customer service today and spoke with Neo who didn't even bothered to check what going on my profile if the cancelation was logged as I requested. I want to be contacted ASAP and I want my contract canceled as I requested on the 3rd of January 2026.
