Poor service From Cell C Tygervalley shop 112-114

I went to cell c in Tygervalley Mall shop 112-114 and spoke with Nthabiseng on about the 14th of March to an upgrade on my mobile contract. She told me that she would do the upgrade and migration from the one contract to the other on Saturday the 30th and that my phone will be ready for collection on the Monday the 1st of April. I made contact with her on the Friday to confirm that all is in order to which she rep**** " everything is in order for the migration the Saturday and my phone will in store on Monday". Needless to say the migration never happened and was was told a storey of no stock the warehouse so the phone are with Ram couriers and mine was not with the stock that arrived the Monday but definitely on Tuesday. Tuesday she was not at work and I was told the phone was only ordered Yesterday [Monday] and that it will be there on Thursday. I asked to speak with their manager to confirm this for me. Linsley their manager was very unsympathetic to my story and seamed rather irritated with my complaint, after I asked him to to ask his staff to not lie to their customers he very abruptly asked what what I want to do and if I still want the phone or not. Also did not wait for me to finish after I said well yes I still want the phone, he put the phone down on me. Well Linsley I think your customer service is very lacking and unprofessional, as well as that of your staff. Was happy with Cell C up this point, NOT ANYMORE !
