Poor Service From Cell C - NO ITC number provided

On the 13th March 2016, I called Cell C customer care to blacklist my phone that was ******. After three weeks, Cell C still has not provided me with an ITC number.<br> <br> I need this ITC number urgently to claim from my insurance.<br> <br> Will Cell C pay for my iPhone??? My claim is being held back because of Cell C. <br> <br> My Ref No. is *** & ***.<br> <br> I'm very disappointed in Cell C. Not to mention every time I call in - I need to repeat my story to so many different people. <br> <br> Cell C did call me after my last report to tell me that they are sorting out the problem but never came back to me. I had to repeat my story about 10 times to different people over and over and I still don't have an ITC number.<br> <br> Please could CELL C just give me this number a.s.a.p.
