Poor service from Cell C FTTH

Stick to LteA. It has been four weeks going on five. Openserve did the installation within two days and the router from Cell C was delivered on the 5th day.

But alas once again dismal service as no one has come to configure the username and password which I was told by the salesperson Bonwell Nyathi takes only 10 to 15mins. Everyday they have promised to come but still no service.

I will strongly advise against Cell C ftth. Rather use Homeconnet as i know a few comlexes that have had excellent service from them.
