Poor Service from Cell C!

In 2019 a ********** account was opened in my name but it was then informed telephonically by a Cell C agent that the account was closed in November/December2019. However, it has come to my attention after applying for a home loan that my name has still not been cleared with the credit bureau and that "my Cell C" account is still in areas! Now my life is on hold because because someone is not doing his/her job, my credit score has been affected by this. I have sent e-mails with no acknowledgement of my mail from Cell C.

I received a call from Cell C on Wednesday at 9:35 assuring me that my case will will be resolved within 48 hours. I am still waiting, nothing new there.
