Poor service from cell c direct

Poor service received from cell c direct! App**** for add on line day before yesterday on the phone,yesterday morning phone in my order is not even processed as yet??? I have 5 contracts already I go to cell c powerstation rustenburg staff very helpful and tell me they will help me with ad on line, they call cell c direct once again to assist me and they tell her the order is pending activation and she cannot give me an add on line, she phones again request the cancel and seize the order as it was not even dispatched before today this was 9am yesterday and by 4;15pm order still not cancelled and I have no phone! And they advise cell c powerstation rustenburg she is inpatient??? Now I phone cell c direct this morning and I am advised that this has still not been cancelled or anything done or notes added ,I pay 5 contracts every month and now I am still without a phone and I am leaving for jhb at 13;30 today and have no phone for my business!!! This service is unacceptable and not what I am used to receiving from cell c , power station rustenburg advised me she mailed them as well as her superior regarding the issue as cell c direct has not done anything regarding this order this is really poor service received!
