Poor service from cell c

I am a frustrated cell C client, today am on fifth months after my contract expired with cell C but debit still goes on. I was promised that my contract will be terminated until today am active. One day a consultant called me and promise to terminate my contract however it was all lies. One day a reply came through hello Peter saying am still owing, the question is what am I owing when the contract expired. This month debit went through of R400 of which my contract was not of that amount. This is **** at its best by cell C. All the calls I make to cell C can not be traced by cell C itself. I wonder how can I get of from this ****. Please help am being ****med here. My contract end in September until today cell C is enjoying my money while am suffering. How long does it take to close a contract, day, week, months, or a year. Cell C your business is unprofessional, and very poor
