Poor service from Cell C
I have been a customer of Cell C for over 5 years now and I am very disappointed at the service I am receiving from the when it comes to upgrading a contract.
I cannot seem to get hold of them, I have been calling since last week and agents are taking about 10 minutes to answer calls or the call just does not get through.
