Poor service from Cell C Call agents

We recently tried getting a SIM swap done with Cell C and we were unfortunately being sent to dead ends simply because it was a prepaid number we required assistance on. Not only we’re the agents unhelpful to us but were also very sinister towards us when we needed help.

Cell C has to improve their level of service and not make it seem like preference is only given to contact customers as this is a very bad corporate image for them.

Yes we already had a non-registered sim card in our possession, and were ready to do a sim swap but unfortunately we were not assisted.
