Poor service from Cell C

My contract was canceled in December for January I even received the confirmation sms “ Your cancellation request was processed successfully and your contract will be terminated on 05/01/2024. For any queries, call 084143 option 2. Cell C.” to my surprise on the 31/01/24 cell C debited my account when I call reply the consultant I was talking to was not helpful she even drop the phone 😡. Can I please get my money back into my account since my contract is cancelled. I made a call on the 6th Feb @ 09:17
