Poor service from Cell C
Extremely poor service received from service provider regarding cancelation of contract.I requested for an amount for the immediate cancelation of my contract with Cell C and was given an amount of R1772,76 which i paid on the 2nd of March 2023.When i called in to confirm that the contract has now been cancelled i was informed that i need to pay a further amount to have the contract cancelled.On the 4th of March 2023 I requested for a manager from the cancelation department to call me regarding this issue and up until now no manager has called me.Ever since i have been calling in on numerous occasions and not receiving any joy with regards to this matter.What kind of service is this?
