**** poor service from Cell C and Vodacom
On two separate occasions when travelling to Namibia, and having confirmed by email that my phone was cleared for international roaming, they dropped the ball and my phone was unusable. Very irritating and inconvenient. After Cell C could not come up with a plausible reason as the why this happened, I decided to change service providers. It is now been a month, and between Cell C and Vodacom, they cannot do a simple porting of my number from one to the other. The time and effort wasted on these two companies and their *********** call centre staff, as well as staff in the Vodacom shop in Nothgate shopping centre is staggering. They actually make Telcom look like a paragon of customer service

I have now had a month of listening to the lies and bull**** that have come from CellC
