Poor service from Cell C
Poor customer service from Cell C Waterfall mall Rustenburg. Wanted to upgrade had to wait for customer score from head office. Could not assist because I had to sign consent form and printer did not work. No effort to assist or make a plan. This was not the first time I received bad service. Would rather move over to Vodacom
