Poor service from cell c

Unfortunately cell c didn't help me with my paid up letter im. Still waiting they informed that finance department need to allocate my payments, when i asked for the finance number unfortunately they don't have my question is where is that finance department how does it operate m really angry with cell c i have never seen suc6a useless company in my whole life. My case number is *** this is the 4th week waiting for a simple black and white paid up letter
