Poor service from cell c

I once took a contract phone from cell c and due to sickness I lost my job and didn't manage to pay it.now that I am working tried many times to get in touch with them by telephonically and emails can't get help I am sincerely asking for help to pay my account and get my paid up letter and my name to be removed from listing. And if my account has been prescribed I am humbly asking for prescription letter please and my name to be cleared from credit bureau
