Poor service from Cell c

<p>I had a contract with Cell c and it didnt end up well so de contract was terminated. They called me and we agreed that i must pay my phone within 10 months. Then I realise that they listed me and when i called them to ask why am listed cause i never skip to pay my premiums they said they want the full money. I push to finish paying then i called to tell them that im done. They said the last payment does not reflect in their system. They gave me email address to send the slip n i did. I requested my paid up letter n they said i will receive it within 24 hrs. From Monday 27 Feb today is Monday 6 MARCH. Still nothing and every time i call them dey said we are sending it. I want that letter coz it blocked all my things. Cell c stop making my life hell </p>
