Poor service from cell c

In December last year they decided to deduct the monthly premiums early without my permission. The debit order normally comes of at the end of the month. ( 28th to 30th). They tried to take it off on the 23rd of December and the debit orders were not successful. They then penalised me R70 per debit order (R140 for the two) They then deducted the debit orders later (around the 30th) When I returned home I phoned them to complain and they decided to deduct the one debit order again. This annoyed me big time and I closed my banking account and informed them of it ( 16th January) You can't stop a debit orders. I informed them that I would do an EFT every month and have done so every month. They still try and deduct from the closed account every month and the debit orders fail. They panalise me every time the debit orders fail. I refuse to pay the arrears because the arrears is the penalties. Luckily I have proof of everything. I have informed them that the account is closed. They have cut the service for the two phones because they insist that I am in arrears. I have paid every month even when the service was cut. When my contacts come to an end that's gone from cell c. I have been with them for about 17 years but not for much longer. The two numbers concerned are *** and ***
