poor service from cell c

and cell C feels they have a right to make a customer wait for close to an hour for their legal service to communicate with a customer. totally ridiculous. been on hold forever.

I waited for almost an hour for legal to pick up my call and nothing happened. reference number is ********** 824. even with a simple thing of them picking up a call its a problem. so much irritation for one day.
