Poor Service from cell c

Cell C is **** I have 3 open queries with them all not sorted

1. My phone is faulty and they can't replace it 2. My router doesn't work and they can't fix it 3. I'm getting bad reception and they keep saying a technician is on his way or was at the area and he fixed the issue

4 weeks boom dololo results but wololo money deducted from my account

I'm so ****ed now
