Poor service from cell c

Cell has parkage called anytime data. Which for the past 2 to 3 months i have being buying this parkage bcoz it is on promotion and beneficial to consumers. This parkage had Facebook and YouTube data that is meant specifically for this. Is data that cell c gave customers for opting to this parkage. Unfortunately for the past two months or so cell c has been deducting data from my All time data instead of YouTube while i was on YouTube hoping im accessing YouTube data as reflecting on my account. I spoke to Itumeleng she claimed to be the manager but she couldn't help me at all. And now im applying looking for job, i can't even do anything bcoz cell c took my data from wrong parkage and when i ask to be refunded. They say they will investigate and my job hunting is on hold due to cell c technical issues.
