Poor Service from Cell C

It is my second complaint about Cell C. <br> My initial complaint was lodged with Hello Peter on the 28/02/2015. I received a call from Cell C escalations dept on the 02/03/2015 and was advised that the repairs manager would contact me. <br> It is now day 8 and i have not received any calls from the repairs maanger as promised. I am not impressed with the level of service from Cell C. Job number for Cell C repirs is : PRE602867<br> I give the repairs manager 48 hours to respond to my complaint, failing which i will be forced to take further action against Cell C.
