Poor service from Cell C

I have been with Cell C over 20 years and never have struggled with their service as I have struggled the last 2 years. Twice they have suspended my account after I have paid and received confirmation from them that my account is paid. Now I am trying to get my account unsuspended again to no avail as when I try to phone the customer care number I get a "sorry something went wrong please try again later" message for the whole day. When I tried again around 19:00 I get " You have reached us after hours, please phone again during our business ours of 8am to 5pm. So if you have a problem after hours with Cell C, tuff. If you have a problem during office hours, tuff. Cell C doesn't care about their customers. Be warned.
