Poor service from call Centre Agents

I kept receiving c alls from 084145 when I would answer there is silence or the call just drops, today I received the call again and was greeted by Nonkhululeko Shabalala whom I explain to I'm not interested and wanted to know how they got my number - I explained the annoyance of receiving multiple calls with no explanation so I requested to know who keeps calling so that they could stop doing it not only to me but other people as well. She then transferred the call to Nomazonde Cele who was extremely rude on the phone and shouting I asked her the same question and she told me that I called into cell c even though I explained to her that was contacted. She then put me on hold and got her "Team Manager" Senzo who told me I called the 084143 department and he proceeded to pretend that the line was bad and cut the call to rating their service. These people have no respect for clients/, prospects and if this is how Cell C operates where Agents do not follow proper lead procedure where it boarderlines harassment and undermining clients - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE I WOULD RECCOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS NETWORK PROVIDER IF YOU EVER WANT PEACE OF MIND AND NOT TO BE TREATED POORLY BY IT'S AGENTS
