Poor Service from C Surance and Cell Repairs

<p>I booked in my phone for repairs at Cell C on the 13th of July but Cell C Repairs have not started working on it. My phone is insured with C Surance. I paid the insurance excess on 21 July but the repair has not started.</p> <p> </p> <p>C Surance claim they have sent Cell C Repairs the authorization to start the repair a number of times but Cell C Repairs claim they have not received the authorization. This back and forth has been going on for the past 3 weeks.</p> <p>No one at C Surance or Cell Repairs is willing to take accountability. Customer Care also claim they are unable to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone at Cell C please fix this otherwise I will have to terminate my contract when it expires at the end of this year. </p>
