Poor service from agents

On friday the 28-10-2016 I received a call from an agent to upgrade my contract . I was informed of all my options and then proceeded to agree to upgrade . I was also told that the new phone I'll br receiving takes a nano card , and seing I have a micro card a nano card will be despatched with the new phone . I was also told that my phone will be delivered to my work address , as I would not be home . On the day I was promised that my phone will be delivered I was waiting for the couriers to call me to see where to deliver the phone . I never received a call from nobody and low and behold when I got home my phone was waiting for me at home. ( I was told that when they deliver the phone I will have to have a copy of my ID and proof of residence at hand because I will be receiving a new sim card and the proof of residence is for the RICA process.) When I opened the package I was surprised to find only a phone . As it was after 17hoo I phoned the call centre the next day , only to be told that if I want to get the sim swap quiker I have to buy my own card. I refused to buy the card and I received a Cell C card two days later. Again I had to phone to activate the sim swap , yet I was told by the original agent that once I receive my new sim card it will be ready to go. I have now phone the call center numors times and have queried this . I have received ref numbers and to date nobody has bothered to get back to me . Every time I phone in I get told that it will take up to 48 hours for somebody to look at it .

I eventually spoke to a call center supervisor (Meerna) on 18-11-2016 and she promised me that she will listen to the tapes and phone me back by 29-11-2016. To date nobody has phoned me back and my problem has still not been resolved or looked at .I had confirmation of that from one agent today.

My question is now HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR MY PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED ?
