Poor service from a Mickey Mouse Company

This company is a Joke am telling you, last time i complained about the poor service my wife is experiencing from this company not even a single person from this mickey mouse company tried to contact her and find out whats the issue of over charging or inconstant monthly premiums. i have asked about the R800 and the R500 no one gave us a reason as to why were charged this amount not even even a single person picked up a phone and give us a reason as to why. But Cell C listen here we will not stop until you provide us with the a reason as to why we are being debited more than our agreed installment. next stop is Ombudsmen.
