Poor service

This is BAD SERVICE

I have a contract with use nad had insurance on the contract , one of your agents call me to ask if i want to cancel the device becuase it was faulty i said yes , the device insurance was up to R25000.00 every month i have been leaving the amount in the bank account no one told me taht the insurance is no going off on a monthly basis,

now when i am claming i ma being tolf that the insuarance never went off via debit order
