Poor Service

I took out a sim card contract with cell c and it was delivered on 25 January 2023, till today the sim card is not activated and no network coverage. I contact thier client services but no assistance. all they know is to email invoice and threaten me with cancellation fees. I all ask is for the sim card to work and enjoy the benefit that's all. but their so ***********
