Poor Service extremely poor

I logged a call with Cell C with an incident that happened in August, where my account was debited twice with the same amount, I since got a response that they are investigating with Capitec, to date I have not received any feedback and it's a new month, again without being provided with the findings from the investigation I am being threatened that my line will be suspend with adverse credit bureau listing, that's harsh especially because the investigation is ongoing I'm assuming.

Being listed is not a joke especially in this case where I provided concrete evidence that I paid for August. Can you please provide findings from the investigation before going the harsh route of unfairly listing your client.
