Poor service

Spoke to Divhuwo from cell c call center who was very rude and didn't want to hear what I was saying, cell c stopped their service but still debiting and our contract was for 2years and then someone called and advise that I must pay R200 for settlement but supprisly I'm debited R600 even Tshepo from call center failed to assist
