Poor Service

Hi, I'm Mateboho Ndumo and on the 1st of October I request cell c to call me which they did, Vincent assisted me with the contract, 50 gig at night and 50 gig during the day and it includes Sim and Rooter for R219 monthly, even today I'm still waiting for my parcel. On Friday Zanele from Cell c called me for promotion, I complained that I have not received my Sim and rooter and contract with other network is ending on 31st Oct, she promised to follow up on my contract, but instead she gave me a different contract wich is more expensive, including Sim card only for R249 monthly without a rooter, kindly activate contract I took with Vincent on the 1st October and deliver my Rooter and Sim, Cancel everything Zanele did on Friday

Moses Mo***eng phoned me at 11H40 today, BUT I COULD NOT HEAR HIM, IT WAS SO NOISY WHEREVER HE WAS, THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, HOW CAN YOU CALL A CUSTOMER IN THAT NOISE TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM? I ASKED HIM TO CALL ME BACK LATER AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR HIS CALL.
