Poor service

Early September my device was booked for repairs for almost 3 weeks and it came back and it worked for few hours and it did the same issue whereby it just goes dead. I now need to book the phone in for another 3 weeks of which I cannot function for another 3 weeks without a phone because the work that I do needs me to have a smart phone. Call centre told me that the stores should provide me with a loan device while I wait for my phone but non of the stores is willing to assist me instead am being sent from pillar to post. The store told me if I need my phone to be attended to asap I need to take it to head office by myself. This whole thing is draining because the staff at the stores are not even willing to help they just have " I don't care attitude". This phone is less than 6mnths old for me to be going through so much drama. Can I be given another phone so that I can be able to work and earn a living. It's been years am with Cellc I've never ever missed any payment, so is this a type of treament they give to loyal customers? Lakefield is the worst store ever.
