Poor service
Unprofessional and not attending to any queries all they know is to keep sending automated messages and explain that due to covid19 there might be a delay. I have been asking for a call back from their legal department since may till today nothing happens. I wanta settlement letter and I am told they cannot put calls through to legal department. Their service is poor
